Most people talk about AI automation. You've actually shipped it. You don't prototype forever — you deploy systems that run marketing campaigns, close sales loops, reconcile financials, and operate entire business functions without anyone touching a keyboard. At Everflow, you won't be building internal tools no one uses. You'll be wiring the operating system of 7 portfolio companies.

The role

What you'll actually do.

  • Map every manual workflow across our portfolio and rank by ROI
  • Build and deploy AI agents that handle marketing, sales outreach, operations, and finance processes end-to-end
  • Own the stack from prompt engineering to production pipeline — n8n, Make, custom LLM chains, whatever ships
  • Instrument everything: if you can't measure it, it doesn't count
  • Work directly with founders and operators in our portfolio companies — you present results, not PowerPoints

Who we're looking for

  • You've shipped AI automation in a real business context (not just demos or hackathons)
  • You think in workflows, not features — you see the 10-step manual process and immediately visualize the 1-step automated version
  • You're obsessed with measurable outcomes: conversion rates, hours saved, revenue generated
  • You've worked across multiple functions — marketing ops, sales automation, finance reconciliation, ops tooling
  • You move fast and you're comfortable saying "this won't work" and pivoting immediately
  • You're not waiting for perfect data or a green light from six stakeholders
