The role

What you'll actually do.

• Own bookkeeping and month-end close for Everflow and every portfolio company — primarily in Fortnox
• Build budgets, P&L, and cash-flow forecasts that drive real decisions, not slide-deck theater
• Take the lead on due diligence and the investment process — financials, structure, and risk
• Evaluate acquisition targets pre-investment; steer financial value creation post-investment
• Set up new companies and structure existing ones cleanly for exit
• Administer portfolio documents and board work; keep legal paperwork and filings airtight
• Communicate with investors and own reporting, the cap table, and compliance
• Automate the finance back office — turn manual work into AI-run workflows

Who we're looking for

You might be the one if…

• 6–10 years in bookkeeping, administration, and finance — ideally inside small businesses
• Fluent in Fortnox and quick to master other finance and ERP systems
• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or business administration (preferred — track record beats the paper)
• You've owned a full set of books and a month-end close end-to-end, not just pieces of it
• You think in systems and love automating repetitive work — AI is your leverage, not a threat
• Comfortable in ambiguity: you build the structure when there isn't one
• Detail-obsessed on the numbers, commercial in the judgment
