You thrive in the gap between analysis and execution. At Everflow, you'll be the person who runs the acquisition process from first screen to final close, and then stays in the trenches with the founders we back until the value is real.
The role
What you'll actually do.
- Source, screen, and evaluate acquisition targets across our focus sectors (services, SaaS, niche manufacturing)
- Build financial models and investment memos that drive real decisions — not slide-deck theater
- Lead due diligence end-to-end: financials, operations, market position, key-person risk
- Post-acquisition: sit alongside portfolio founders as their first call for operational challenges
- Coach entrepreneurs on growth, pricing, hiring, and process improvement
- Track KPIs across all portfolio companies and surface issues before they become problems
Who we're looking for
You might be the one if…
- You've worked in M&A, private equity, or business development — and you know what the boring-but-important parts actually look like
- You genuinely like small businesses: the founder who built something real over 15 years, the niche manufacturer with 40% margins and no website
- You're comfortable in ambiguity — you don't need a 100-page playbook to know what to do next
- You can build a 3-statement model from scratch and explain it to a founder who's never seen one
- You're a natural coach and you get energy from helping other people win
- You care more about getting the right answer than being right
