  • Own the full stack — frontend, backend, and infrastructure
  • Work AI-first and use modern AI tools to accelerate the pace
  • Build internal agents, automations, and tools
  • Contribute to product discussions and influence priorities
  • Evaluate and adopt new tech when it creates real advantage

Strong fit

5–10 years as a developer. The last few years AI-native.

You run Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf daily. You see AI as leverage — not a replacement for engineering judgment. You can take an idea from whiteboard to production — solo if needed.
